The TOC gas generator is able to remove Total Organic Carbons (TOC) and Carbon Dioxide (CO2), essential for many industrial and laboratory applications, particularly TOC Analysers, and leads to improved process quality, reduced equipment downtime and lower operating costs. It removes the TOC, CO2 and the moisture content from compressed air streams. It is available as an integrated unit or as an OEM module for integration into customer systems.

Description

Using regenerative Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) technology our TOC generator provides ideal performance, efficiency and reliability. Ultra dry air containing less than 1ppm of CO2 and free of TOC (Total Organic Carbons). The generator is mounted in its own enclosure that allows it to be easily wall or stand mounted. Delivering up to 5 litres/minute of TOC free air the TOC generator is ideal for supporting small scale applications. A TOC generator provides a lower power solution and offers a single integrated air treatment option that also removes carbon dioxide and moisture from compressed air. Each unit is supplied with an integral buffer tank to even out the airflow and includes a full particulate filtration system that removes particles down to 0.01µm in size. An external regulator is also supplied.

An on-site TOC generator provides several benefits over bottled gas:

How it Works

​

Air from an external source enters the generator via the inlet filters. Air then enter the first

scrubber tower via a solenoid valve. After passing through the scrubber tower the now dry

and CO2 free air exits the system via an outlet filter and regulator. A portion of the outlet air

is diverted into the second scrubber tower to purge it ready for use. At regular intervals the

active tower switches allowing each tower to be purged in turn.
